My Approach

 Positive Coaching 

This Approach emphasizes fostering optimism, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset. It focuses on harnessing strengths, cultivating a positive outlook, and encouraging individuals to set and achieve inspiring goals. 

 

Positive Coaching empowers clients to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, fostering a proactive and optimistic attitude toward life and its challenges.

Mindful Coaching 

This centers on cultivating awareness, presence, and a non-judgmental acceptance of the present moment. It involves techniques such as mindfulness meditation and reflection to enhance self-awareness and emotional intelligence. 

 

Mindful Coaching encourages individuals to be fully engaged in the present, fostering a deeper understanding of their thoughts and feelings, and facilitating conscious, intentional decision-making.

Goal-oriented 

This approach focuses on helping individuals set clear, achievable goals and develop actionable plans to reach them. Utilizing the SMART criteria, the coach collaborates with the client to ensure goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.

 

Throughout the process, the coach provides support and accountability, empowering clients to stay focused, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve their aspirations.
